Eirik had the idea this week to be a mad scientist. He had me fill two glasses with
1. red poisenous potient
2. blue poisenous potient (aka. food coloring)
next he put a flower from outside in each "beaker"
Then he wrote his hypothesis on the yellow paper and taped it up and waited 2 days.
HYPOTHESIS:
When I remove the flower from the potient water and put it in clean water it will change the color of the clean water to the color of the potient water.
Outcome: hypothesis was correct!
Eirik was so excited. "Mom, I'm a real mad scientist! These are my first beakers! Now I just need a white coat and goggles and my own rubber gloves that fit me! Please mom, please!"
