Our friend Kit showed us how to make Rainbow pancakes. (It's a big secret.. food coloring). They were such a hit that my kids request them all the time. I discovered this time that if you cut the whole stack in wedges then you don't have as much fighting over the blue and green pancakes. :) They don't taste any different, but they sure dissappear faster.
Teig likes to kick his feet up to enjoy his pancakes.
